This Domain Name Registration Agreement applies when you register, renew, or transfer a domain name through Rising Star, in addition to the policies of the relevant domain registry.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current WHOIS contact information for each domain and for keeping it up to date. Inaccurate information may result in suspension of the domain in accordance with registry rules.
Domains are registered for the term selected at checkout and, unless auto-renewal is disabled, will renew automatically before expiry at the then-current rate. Domains that lapse unrenewed may enter a redemption period governed by the registry and may ultimately be released for registration by others.
You may transfer a domain to another registrar, subject to any registry-imposed lock periods (for example, shortly after initial registration or a prior transfer) and provided your account is in good standing.
Disputes over domain ownership are handled under the dispute resolution policy of the relevant registry (for example, ICANN's UDRP for generic top-level domains, or the applicable ccTLD authority's policy for country-code domains).
We may suspend or cancel a domain registration if required by the registry, for non-payment, or for a violation of registry policy, after reasonable notice where practical.
Registration, renewal, and transfer fees are as shown at checkout and may vary by top-level domain and registry pricing changes.
