These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rising Star's website, hosting, domain registration, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Rising Star provides web hosting, domain name registration, business email, and related add-ons as described on our website. Service specifications (storage, bandwidth, and similar limits) are set out on the relevant product page and may be updated from time to time.
Fees are due as described at checkout or renewal. Unless stated otherwise, hosting and domain services renew automatically at the then-current rate; you can turn off auto-renewal from your account at any time before the renewal date.
Eligible hosting plans may be canceled for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, as described on our pricing pages. Domain registration and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been processed with the registry.
We work to keep our services available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services that violate that policy, applicable law, or these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you host with us. You grant Rising Star the limited right to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Services. Our website, branding, and platform remain the property of Rising Star.
The Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Rising Star is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use, after reasonable notice where practical. You may cancel your services at any time from your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Omani courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
